X-O Commuincations = DOUCHES of the CENTURY

The people in the collections department of X-O communications are DOUCHEBAGS. We had an outstanding SKIPPED invoice from April and were notified on August 17, 2006 and faxed the invoice. We promptly paid the invoice the following day. The representative I talked to that faxed over the invoice told me to mail the invoice to the remittance address on the invoice, which I did. She didn't tell me that it was extremely urgent and never said that I should overnight the payment


X-O collections told me today that they would shut off our service on Monday (Next Business day) if they did not receive the check. We have never been late with payment and have been a loyal customer for years. The person I talked to today along with a supervisor were not helpful and pretty rude, the first rep I talked to laughed when I asked to speak with a supervisor.

All I asked them for was to wait another day or two before shutting off the service, but they couldn't do that...."It's policy" "It's all computer generated...no way to override it" What a bunch of crock, they could have just gone in and started up the service again. They are fucking douchebags...

When I told them that we were going to cancel their service, they didn't care. This was the response I got from them "We can't stop you from cancelling, so go ahead and cancel." OK...DONE...you lost our business and everyone I know will hear about it.
